The offices of the Commission are situated on JLOS Towers, tower 3 in Naguru. All Official Communication should be directed to The Secretary to the Commission.

Bringing services closer to the people.
Three regional offices bring the Commission's work outside the capital. Each receives complaints, supports investigation visits, and hosts community sensitisation in its catchment. All offices observe the same Monday–Friday hours as Kampala.
