Reports to: The Chief Registrar.
Duties include presiding over a Chief Magistrate’s Court, supervising magistrates within the jurisdiction, and performing any other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Justice.
Minimum qualifications: A Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized university, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, and at least five years of experience as a Magistrate Grade One or in private legal practice.
