Reports to: The Secretary to the Commission.
Duties include coordinating recruitment of Secretariat staff, implementing the Commission’s human resource policies, managing performance appraisals, and advising management on staff welfare and discipline.
Minimum qualifications: An Honours Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or a related field, plus a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline. At least six years of working experience in human resource management, three of which at a Senior Officer level in a reputable organization.
