Amendment to the JSC (Complaints) Regulations

The Judicial Service Commission hereby notifies all stakeholders that the JSC (Complaints) Regulations have been amended with effect from 1st May 2026. The key changes include a reduction in the time within which a preliminary review must be completed (from 90 to 60 days), the introduction of a mediation stage for minor complaints, and the publication of redacted decisions on the Commission’s website.
