Notice to Judicial Officers — 2026 Performance Appraisal Forms

All judicial officers are reminded to submit their duly completed performance appraisal forms for the period ending 30th June 2026 to the Office of the Chief Registrar not later than 15th July 2026.

Forms may be downloaded from the Commission’s website under the Resources section, or collected from Chief Magistrates’ offices in the respective Chief Magisterial Areas. Late submissions will not be considered during the next performance review cycle.
