Public Notice on Complaint Filing Procedures

The Judicial Service Commission wishes to inform the public of the revised procedures for filing complaints against judicial officers. Complaints may now be submitted in person at the Commission Secretariat, by post to P.O. Box 7679, Kampala, or online via the complaints portal at https://jsc.go.ug/complaints.

All complaints must be in writing, signed, and accompanied by supporting documents where available. Anonymous complaints will not be entertained. Complainants are reminded that filing a false or malicious complaint is an offence under the Judicial Service Act.
